Day 25 & 26 of 30 days of thankfullness

Day 25: Thankful we got the Christmas Tree up. I love putting up the tree and all the decorations. Chad still has to put the lights up around the windows, which he'll do tomorrow. The boys hung up the majority of ornaments, with Chad and I helping and hanging a few ourselves! :)

I'm not sure why all the ornaments don't show up in the picture, it's loaded, yet doesn't look like it. I remember last yr I had the same problem. I may have to play around and try taking pictures with the lights out.

Jack getting ready to hang a Hulk Ornament! :) We do a mish-mash of ornaments. No theme here! If you go back an entry or two, you'll find the entry about Jack's obsession about being Hulk...he's worn this custome for 3 days in a row now, well I did put my foot down on him wearing it to church, but as soon as we came home he stripped! LOL

Jacob hanging his 1st ornament on the tree.

Jacob and Jack after the tree's all done!

Day 26: I'm thankful for naps. I suffer horribly from insomnia. I know there's at least a couple of you who read here who also suffer. Let me explain that a night or even a few nights have having problems getting to sleep is NOT INSOMNIA, that's problems sleeping. Most likely you're stressed over something, excited, etc. When it ends after a few nights because of drinking tea or finding a way to relax it's honestly not considered insomnia. I'm not writing this to say I don't apperciate your prayers (I desperately apperciate them) and I apperciate your thoughts, but please realize that I've tried so many things over the YEARS! This has been going on for over 6 yrs now. I've had shorts spurts over those years of not having as horrible of insomnia...normally when the boys were infants and the exhaustion took over, but otherwise I'm up for hours and hours through the night. I'm not sure if I'll be able to take any medication or not since we're hoping to get pregnant, but we'll see.

God Bless

I hope you are able to find something that you are able to take soon. Ive always had issues sleeping. Either Im up for days and days or Ill sleep for 20 minutes and not be able to go back. It sucks. I've been on just about everything over the counter and prescription for it but nothing seems to last. If you ever find a solution be it pill, or natural let me in on that secret!!
  The tree looks great btw!

Love your Christmas tree and to the boys "A Job Well Done".  I thought you were just having a few nights here and there without sleep ~ I didn't know it was an on going problem. I am in hopes they (Dr.'s or whomever) find a solution without jeopardizing your efforts to get pregnant. Gods blessings to you and yours and a prayer for a GREAT nights sleep. God Bless
