How are we all doing in memorizing God's word? Last weeks verse was Proverbs 3:5-6 it was a long one.
All week I've had a verse in my heart that I knew was to be this weeks memorization verse. You'll be happy to see it's a short one and for those who have a history with Awana, namely Sparks you'll know this is the first verse that must be memorized!
John 3:16 “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

I was the Sparks Secretary for six years at the church we attended when my boys were young!
I used to buy the memory verse tapes and play them over and over again. I still have a lot of verses committed to memory because of that.
